Q2. I don’t know how to do the configuration with novastar
controller, what to do?
Don’t worry! We will finish the configuration when doing aging
test. Then the configuration data will be saved in a u-disk, which
will be sent to you with the shipment together. When you receive
the shipment, you just need to do the wiring, and follow the
software user manual we prepare for you. Or we can remote control
the computer to light up the screen.
Q3. Can it work outdoor?
Our FP-MICRO series fine pitch led display only works for indoor.
We can add nano coating treatment on the module to help protect the
LED under damp indoor circumstances.
Q4. Which control system do you use for this product?
We use NovaStar controller to control the panel. NovaStar is a
leading controller manufacturer in the LED industry, and is also
our very important partner. Their controller and control system are
excellent and professional. They are also very trustworthy through
