Packaging
The Fine Pixel Pitch LED Display is first wrapped in a protective
layer of bubble wrap to prevent any damage during transportation.
It is then placed in a sturdy cardboard box with foam padding to
provide additional protection.
The box is then sealed and labeled with the product name, model
number, and shipping information.
Shipping
We offer multiple shipping methods to ensure timely and secure

For domestic orders, we use reliable courier services such as
FedEx, UPS, and DHL. For international orders, we use air or sea
freight depending on the customer's preference and location.

A4: We mostly accectp FOB train term, but we can help you order and
arrange shipping agent. It usually take 20 30 day on sea. a few
days for customer clearance

Thirdly customer confirms the design document and places deposit

A6: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and
confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

A7: Yes, we offer 1 years warranty to our products
Q8: How to deal with the faulty?
A8: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control
system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new module with
new order for small quantity.
For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them
to you or we can discuss the solution
including re-call according to real situation.
