Q5: What technical support can you provide?

A5: We provide various technical training free of charge, including the operation and maintenance training of LED display in the factory. We can send a team of engineers to the customer's country to guide the installation.

Q6: How long is the warranty period?

A6: The standard warranty period is 2 year. Depending on the requirements, the time may be longer.

Q7: Do you provide free spare parts in every order?

A7: Yes, a certain number of spare parts will be provided free of charge, including modules, power lines, signal lines, LED lights, IC, masks, power supplies, receiving cards, etc.
